ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME

Hello there! I'm Tori. I know starting therapy can be a difficult, scary step, but I applaud you for taking the leap. I promise to always treat you with kindness and compassion, and I will always work towards creating a safe space for you to lay out your burdens. Life is full of questions and uncertainties, and I will do my best to help untangle the mess, heal from the hurt, and build the life you want.

Outside of therapy, I'm a passionate dog lover, avid reader, and enthusiastic nerd. I find joy in diving into the worlds of Dungeons & Dragons, curling up with a new video game or book, or screaming all the lyrics to All Too Well (10 Minute Version). I believe in the power of storytelling and creativity as tools for self-expression and personal growth.

EXPERIENCE

With years of experience in the field of mental health, I have helped many clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations, but I love working with young adults and professionals. My areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, religious trauma, deconstruction, and life transitions. I use evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, IFS, and DBT to help my clients achieve lasting change.
